Since 2006, brothers John and Erwin Braat have been running Lekdetectie.nl, a company founded by their father. Out of the 15 employees, four bear the Braat name. Both father and mother are still regularly involved in the business.
John and Erwin were just 16 and 19 years old when they started working in the company.
In addition to John and Erwin, John’s children, Demi and Kevin, also work in the family business. Demi is responsible for administration, while Kevin, representing the third generation, works as a measurement technician.
John’s partner, Wendy Keijzers, is also part of the family business. Together with Mariska van der Meer, Wendy handles planning and invoicing.
